We are a small, locally owned, family run lawn, landscape & tree service in Austin.
We have been in business for over a decade serving our neighbors in the Austin area.
We enjoy the work we do. The process of making lawn & landscapes look great puts a smile on our face. Even better, we are helping many of our neighbors skip something they don’t want to do or have time to do.
We believe that lawn and landscape maintenance should be stress & hassle free, we make it that way by doing our best every day.

We are professional. Our crews are trained & experienced experts at the work they perform & are some of the best around. Our management team has over 25 years of experience combined.

We are trustworthy & responsible. We will always be honest. If we are not the best fit for a job, we will let you know. If we accidentally break something, we will tell on ourselves and fix it. If we make a mistake, we will take responsibility and correct it.
We follow the laws. We are licensed & insured, and we pay our taxes. This is not something all the crews can claim.
We speak English. All crew members are required to speak English so you can communicate clearly and get exactly what you tell us you want, effortlessly.
We pay our crews a living wage. We want our employees to enjoy their job & have opportunities for promotion & raises to take care of their families.
We do lawn, landscape & tree services.
We do residential & commercial jobs. If we are not the right fit for the job, we will be honest and refer you to another crew that may be a better fit. Large tree removals, irrigation or pest control treatment would be an example of something we do not do.
We do not have contracts. We do the services you want at the frequency you want. You can change it anytime.
If you need anything, we answer or respond quickly by phone text or email.
We provide excellent customer service. We have the manager’s complete estimates on site and quality control check the work after completed. Our account managers are your one dedicated contact to update anything on your account by phone, text or email. They will update the services, service notes, frequencies of services, billing and payments.
Our managers are on jobsites frequently. Training, helping, quality control checking and for customer service.
We provide high quality service. Our crews are experienced professionals.
We complete the work how you want it done. Each service has its own notes that include the correct mower, mowing height and any relevant notes you have communicated so our crews do your job how you like it.
We provide fast, free estimates on site by a qualified manager. If you have a set budget, we can write the estimate to complete as much as possible up to that amount.
If approved, we get the work scheduled asap or when you need it completed.
For most customers, we do the work for the month and send an invoice for the work on the first business day of the following month.
We process the payment on a credit or debit card automatically on the second business day of the month.

We will work outside the service area, but we must include drive time. This is usually ok for a one-time job or for property managers but for regular reoccurring services we recommend a crew that works in that neighborhood.
We are open year-round.
We are open almost every holiday except Thanksgiving & Christmas.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Our crew hours are Monday-Saturday 7am-5pm depending on seasonal scheduling.

We are the right company for the long term. Once you work with us, you will not need to worry about looking for another company in the future.
Our pricing is very competitive. There is a wide range from what the teenager on the block is charging to the most expensive companies in town. We are in the middle. We try to be as efficient as possible and charge a small margin on top of the expenses.
We do not bundle all the services you do not need together to get you to spend more money. If you only need your lawn mowed, or only need landscape maintenance, that is all we will do. If you need more, you can add those services on.
We do not waste your money. If we show up to mow your lawn for a regular visit and it does not need mowed, we will let you know that we recommend skipping it until the next scheduled service & give you the option of what we do.
We use the best equipment in the industry. We regularly maintenance our equipment to provide the best quality service, completed efficiently & the equipment works well for the crews throughout the day.
If you no longer need services in the future, no worries, you can cancel anytime because we do not have contracts.
